PRACTICE SPECIFICS

* Current team of 1 MD and 2 APPs

* 70% endoscopy, 20% clinic and 10% inpatient

* All admissions managed by IM hospitalist service

* Call is 1 weekend a month, 1 night a week

* Ability to practice "bread and butter" GI!

* No buy-in, no malpractice, no overhead and no seniority issues

REQUIREMENTS

* BC/BE Gastroenterology

LOCATION

* Brainerd, MN - located at the center of Minnesota

* Home to top bike trails, lakes, hunting, fishing, schools, and restaurants in rural MN

* Brainerd has a Delta Airport hub with twice-daily flights to MSP

* Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000

* 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

COMPENSATION

* $715,000 Greater of Salary or Floor. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
