We are looking for Audit Managers with expertise in Financial Services sectors, including but not limited to Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. As an Audit Manager, you will enhance your leadership skills, gain deep industry knowledge, and nurture relationships within our network. Supported by executive leadership and your team, your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining positive client relationships across a variety of clients. Leading multiple teams, providing meaningful performance feedback once engagements conclude. Proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues as they arise. Promoting innovative ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients, fostering creativity and expertise. Staying informed about industry developments and their impact on clients' competitive positions. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant public accounting external audit experience. Experience in external audit within Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech sectors is essential. Strong organizational, communication, technical, and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple engagements. Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues. Capacity to manage concurrent tasks, including planning, execution, and completion of various engagements. Experience supervising engagement team members and providing guidance on assigned tasks. Must hold a CPA license in your home state or obtain a reciprocal license. Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites. The wage range for this role reflects various factors, including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $91,400.00 - $186,900.00 per year.
