We are looking for a highly versatile Technical Business Analyst / Product Builder to join our Innovation & Technology team. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. This position is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and execution—a hands-on problem solver who can translate ideas into working solutions. You will partner directly with the Director of Innovation to:

• Identify opportunities across operations and customer experience
• Translate business needs into clear requirements
• Own and manage product backlogs
• Build lightweight tools, automations, and prototypes using modern technologies and AI

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background (e.g., former developer) who has evolved into a more business-facing role but still enjoys building and experimenting. This position reports directly to the Director of Innovation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)

Product & Requirements Ownership

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Translate needs into structured documentation
• Own and maintain product backlogs
• Prioritize work based on impact and feasibility
• Act as a bridge between business and technology

Solution Design & Prototyping

• Design solutions across systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms)
• Build lightweight tools, automations, scripts
• Prototype ideas quickly to validate concepts

AI & Automation Enablement

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the organization
• Use AI tools for requirements, design, and code generation
• Validate AI-generated outputs
• Help define an AI-enabled way of working

Data & Process Optimization

• Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies
• Support data structure and reporting needs
• Improve data quality and visibility

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years in mixed technical roles (Developer, Systems Analyst, BA, Product Owner)
• Experience across technical and business domains
• Startup or transformation environment experience preferred
• Technical & Analytical Skills
• • Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Ability to validate simple code
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

This role goes beyond a traditional Business Analyst position. You will not be handed fully defined projects—instead, you will help define them, shape them, and bring them to life. Rather than only documenting solutions, you will actively participate in building and validating them through prototypes, automations, and lightweight applications. You will operate across multiple systems and business areas, gaining a holistic view of how the organization functions while playing a key role in shaping the adoption of AI and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to move beyond structured environments and be directly involved in creating, experimenting, and driving meaningful change.
