US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their team at the prestigious AdventHealth System in Orlando, Florida. This full-time, W-2 role focuses exclusively on pediatric anesthesia, providing dedicated care for pediatric patients during the day and on call. The position offers a competitive compensation package of $600,000+ along with a supportive, team-oriented practice setting. Practice Info Located at AdventHealth System in Orlando, FL Practice involves several hospitals Exclusive contract with anesthesia group Primary role dedicated to pediatric patients with a peds-only focus Responsibilities Pediatric Anesthesia: Always Providing dedicated care for pediatric patients during the day and on call Option to care for adult cases for extra compensation, if desired Compensation Compensation: $600,000+ $540K base salary $50K sign-on bonus Incentive pay for extra call Option to care for adult cases for extra compensation, if desired Pediatric cardiac and liver transplant experience is a plus and compensated additionally Benefits 10 weeks paid vacation per year CME Allowance: $2,500 Relocation Allowance: $10,000 Malpractice Paid?: Yes Option to receive the sign-on bonus as an advance during fellowship Shift & Schedule Full Time Start Date: Immediate Call Schedule: One weekday per week and 12 weekend calls per year Qualifications Board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist Subspecialty Fellowship Required?: Negotiable Subspecialty Expertise (but not Fellowship) Required?: Yes Subspecialty Expertise/Fellowship: Pediatric State License Required: Florida New Graduates Acceptable?: Yes Preferred Experience: Pediatric cardiac and liver transplant experience is a plus and compensated additionally Sign-on Bonus commitment: Two yrs
