Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

As a full-time Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist working remotely, the candidate will manage high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims for hospitals and medical providers. Key responsibilities Investigate and resolve troubled or denied workers' compensation claims through outbound communication with employers, insurance representatives, and patients Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to ensure maximized payments for clients Participate in special projects to achieve team goals and enhance client success Required qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Technical proficiency to navigate multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing is a plus Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics Organizational skills to effectively multi-task and manage workload
