Talent Acquisition Specialist

IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters specializing in construction and corporate hiring, with the ability to manage high-volume requisitions efficiently. The company operates within the construction industry and is committed to finding the best talent for their workforce needs.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate positions, including project managers, estimators, engineers, superintendents, and support staff.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and industry-specific outreach.
- Conduct high-volume requisition management, targeting approximately 8-10 hires per month.
- Quickly identify strong candidates and close hires efficiently to meet staffing goals.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent acquisition.
- Previous experience recruiting at an agency focused on construction or corporate hiring within construction general contractors/subcontractors.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Oracle (ORC), or comparable ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience recruiting high-level construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, or Senior Schedulers.
- Strong knowledge of construction job classifications, terminology, and industry standards.
