What's the single question you'd ask each of them that would surface the difference, and what would you be listening for in their answers? Walk us through how you'd structure a 15-minute screening conversation to figure out whether a candidate is exaggerating their resume. Don't list techniques. Give us the actual flow you'd use, in order, and what you'd be doing at each step. What's the one trait you think most recruiters underweight when screening candidates?
