Cryomedics, an FDA registered m anufacturer , is seeking independent sales representatives, established sales agencies, and well-connected business development professionals to grow sales of our portable cooling and warming products.

Our primary focus is Cryo-1 , a handheld palm cooling and warming device, with opportunities across wellness, workplace comfort, retail, gym and member benefit programs.

This opportunity is particularly suited to someone who already represents complementary products or has relationships with relevant buyers.

Markets we’re interested in

• Wellness and menopause-focused clinics
• Med spas, wellness centers, and specialty retailers
• Employers, employee benefits providers, and workplace wellness programs
• Gyms and workout programs
• Airlines, flight attendant unions, and other membership organizations
• Healthcare organizations, education, and government purchasers

We welcome partners who can identify additional markets and bring a practical plan for reaching them.

Why now: workplace wellness and women’s health

Menopause-related workplace support is receiving increased attention, including explicit accommodation requirements in some jurisdictions and new initiatives within government workplaces.

We see an opportunity for sales partners to introduce Cryo-1 to employers, public-sector organizations, unions, and benefits providers evaluating practical options for personal temperature comfort.

Potential programs include employer-funded devices, paid workplace pilots, bulk purchasing, and employee or member discounts. Partners with relationships in HR, occupational health, procurement, employee benefits, or union leadership are particularly welcome.

Cryo-1 can be evaluated as one component of a workplace support program; purchasing the product does not by itself establish compliance with accommodation requirements.

What you’ll do

Introduce Cryomedics to relevant decision-makers, demonstrate products, develop purchasing or member benefit programs, close orders, and maintain customer relationships.

Opportunities include wholesale accounts, employer-funded purchases, bulk orders, and approved programs through which employees or members purchase directly.

Compensation

• 15% commission on collected net Cryo-1 product sales from approved accounts you originate and actively manage, including repeat orders.
• Higher commissions or performance bonuses are negotiable for partners bringing an established buyer network, substantial order volume, or exceptional sales results.
• Large national accounts and specially priced programs have compensation agreed in writing before proposals are submitted.
• Registered opportunities and clearly defined account protection help ensure you receive credit for the business you develop.

We’re interested in building lasting partnerships with people who can deliver results, and we’re open to structuring compensation around the right opportunity.

Account protection and exclusivity

We protect approved, registered opportunities and the customer accounts you develop. Exclusive arrangements for defined territories, accounts, or sales channels may be available to qualified partners, subject to agreed sales commitments and periodic performance review.

We welcome discussing an arrangement that reflects your existing relationships, reach, and ability to grow the business.

Additional product opportunities

Partners may also represent other suitable products in the Cryomedics store, including cold plunges and chillers. These offer opportunities for individual consumer sales and selected business customers.

Commission arrangements for these products are agreed separately based on product margins, order value, and the sales support required.

There is no joining fee or required inventory purchase .

Who we’re looking for

You have established relationships with relevant buyers, communicate clearly, and can turn introductions into purchases. You work independently, represent products accurately, and value ongoing customer relationships.

An existing complementary product portfolio is welcome.

Working arrangement

This is a commission-based independent representative opportunity, with no guaranteed salary or employee benefits. Partners manage their own schedules and selling methods, subject to a written agreement and applicable law.
