Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by gathering detailed client histories, identifying presenting issues, and establishing clear treatment goals during initial evaluations.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly revisiting and adjusting interventions to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Foster therapeutic relationships that encourage trust and openness, empowering clients to discuss their challenges and progress in real time.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards, including compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training programmes to stay current with best practices in social work and addiction treatment.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and provide additional resources that may benefit clients, including referrals to ancillary services.
Provide ongoing support and practical coping strategies, guiding clients through life transitions and recovery challenges. \n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of individuals undergoing detoxification and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, accompanied by co-occurring mental health issues. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored interventions to support their unique recovery journeys. Your ability to develop rapport with clients will be crucial to instilling hope and motivating them towards long-term healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
