Job Title: Electrical Patent Attorney/Agent – Associate/Agent Job Location: 2600 Park Tower Drive Ste 600 - Vienna, VA 22180 Area: Washington, DC Metro Area Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an internationally recognized intellectual property law firm located near Mosaic District in Vienna, VA, seeks a motivated and highly skilled Patent Attorney to join the team on a full‑time basis. Responsibilities Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies Collaboration with clients and other professionals Conducting case discussions with clients Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree and/or Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent attorney/patent agent at a U.S. law firm or in‑house in the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunication, digital/analog signal processing, artificial intelligence, software, and/or circuit design, etc. Registration to practice before the USPTO Strong technical writing and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin and extensive knowledge of Taiwan business culture strongly preferred.
