Job Location: 2600 Park Tower Drive Ste 600 – Vienna, VA 22180 – Washington, DC Metro Area. Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an internationally recognized intellectual property law firm located near Mosaic District in Vienna, VA, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team on a full‑time basis. Salary Range: $160k – $180k. Responsibilities Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies. Collaboration with clients and other professionals. Conducting case discussions with clients. Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent. One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed attorney at a U.S. law firm or in‑house. Registration to practice before the USPTO. Strong technical writing and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
