Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Primary Care Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 (calculated per completed note, see How compensation works) Hybrid | Full-time or Part-time | Astoria, Queens About Rockwell Health Center is a multi-site outpatient network with clinics in Astoria, Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn, providing primary care, behavioral health, and a growing range of specialty services. We are hiring Nurse Practitioners (NP) for a hybrid primary care role: you work from our Astoria workspace and see every patient by telehealth. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available, and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and other certified NPs are welcome. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat across the primary care spectrum, with every visit conducted by telehealth from our Astoria office. Manage chronic conditions and ongoing care plans. Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, and adjust treatment accordingly. Prescribe and manage medications within your scope. Document encounters accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), eClinicalWorks (eCW). Requirements Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration. Not excluded or barred from Medicare or Medicaid billing. Primary care experience and comfort practicing by telehealth. Sound clinical judgment and strong communication with patients over video. Able to work on-site at our Astoria, Queens workspace each scheduled day. Preferred skills Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. Prior telehealth experience. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or another EMR system. How compensation works Compensation is per completed note: $35.00 per note for the first 20 notes each day, and $40.00 per note after that. The salary range reflects expected earnings at typical note volumes.
