About the Role As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll represent a range of products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in retail and event-based environments. Your focus will be on creating positive customer experiences, identifying customer needs, and guiding customers through the sign-up or purchasing process. This is an energetic, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support while working alongside a motivated team committed to achieving shared goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service Engage customers in retail and event-based environments Represent products, services, and promotional campaigns professionally Build rapport and identify customer needs Guide customers through product enquiries, purchases, and sign-ups Contribute to customer acquisition and campaign success Work towards individual and team performance goals Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive team environment What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer-focused with a professional approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player with a strong work ethic Coachable and open to feedback Available to work full-time in Orlando Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
