Position Overview We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales/Project Managers. As a key representative of Prowest Roofing, you will focus on generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a commission‑only role, with uncapped earning potential for high performers. Key Responsibilities Lead : Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers in need of roofing services. Sales Presentations: Educate homeowners and businesses about our roofing services, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction. Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring timely completion. Documentation: Prepare and manage contracts, project documentation, and payment schedules. Problem‑Solving: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. High level of self‑motivation, energy, and a positive attitude. Sales experience (door‑to‑door or similar) is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Basic understanding of roofing or construction is an advantage but not mandatory.
