Senior Financial Reporting Accounting - Hybrid!

Financial Analyst

Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports including a balance sheet, a statement of income, a statement of cash flows

Analyze monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations

Perform monthly fluctuation analysis for corporate budget

Support financial statement variance analysis

Support the company's accounting and financial reporting functions and initiatives

Work cross-functionally with business functions to ensure timely identification of accounting and financial matters

Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in business, finance, or related field required
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA license a plus
• Experience in the construction industry a plus
• Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
