divh2Audit Senior/h2pProgressive regional CPA firm needs an Audit Senior, who have a Non-Profit specialization- Fast track to management - Paid overtime at time and one half - Reasonable work life balance - Hybrid work environment/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerforming audit or review procedures, or assisting in other projects, as assigned/liliUnderstanding the clients business and industry and accounting and control systems/liliAssessing risks and evaluating the clients internal control structure/liliPerforming and documenting analytical procedures, substantive tests, and tests of controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues/liliReviewing or drafting of financial statements and other client deliverables/liliDirecting, training, supervising and reviewing the work performed by staff and experienced staff auditors/liliBuilding and maintaining good client relationships/liliBeing actively involved all phases of a client engagement, from planning to issuance/liliDemonstrating proficiency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in accounting or related field/liliAt least two years of experience in public accounting, specifically in the not for profit sector/liliHolds a current and valid CPAs license, or is working toward obtaining the license by taking and passing the applicable state CPA exam/liliAbility to travel to assigned client locations/liliPossess thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States, United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board standards/li/ul/div
