Senior AssociateVenture CapitalOn-siteLocationChicago, United StatesCompensationCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experience## About This Role**Moderne Ventures** is hiring a Senior Associate/Vice President for its Capital Formation & Investor Relations team in Chicago, IL.**About Moderne Ventures**Moderne Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on technology investments in real estate, finance, insurance, and home services sectors.**Key Responsibilities***Business Development:*- Cultivate relationships to attract new fund investments- Conduct prospective investor research and manage outreach campaigns*Investor Communications:*- Review and update fundraising collateral including marketing presentations, DDQs, and quarterly investor reports- Manage investor events, webinars, and communications channels*Administration:*- Maintain investor databases and data rooms- Coordinate with finance and legal teams on offering documentation**Requirements**- 5–7 years of professional experience in private investment, private placement, or client-facing roles- Superior communication skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail- Chicago residency or willingness to relocate- Legal work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship available) #J-18808-Ljbffr InforCapital, partnership
