Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Overview A Digital Assets focused Venture Capital firm is looking to add a highly motivated and versatile Investor Relations Associate to their team. This role spans investor relations, business development, and marketing, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and engaging new investors across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth segments. Support the development and optimization of fundraising processes and documentation. Enhance and maintain CRM systems to streamline investor engagement. Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events connecting the investment team with prospective and current investors. Manage due diligence and commitment processes efficiently. Support ongoing communication with existing and prospective investors in collaboration with senior leadership. Lead improvements to CRM and email systems for greater efficiency and data integrity. Maintain accurate investor data, contact lists, and compliance records. Prepare and update investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, quarterly reports, and due diligence documentation. Contribute to marketing initiatives such as branding, website updates, and social media strategy. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, marketing, or business development. Experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management preferred; familiarity with blockchain or crypto strongly desired. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a polished client-facing demeanor. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Affinity) is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
