We are currently seekingFull Time RN Supervisorfor the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift to join our dedicated healthcare team.to join our team! Woodlake at Tolland is a top-rated skilled nursing facility known for its welcoming environment and commitment to quality care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring quality care is provided to residents. Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage treatments as ordered by physicians. Provide direct patient care and assist with any medical emergencies or urgent needs. Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, documenting changes in status as necessary. Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulations, and safety standards. Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including CNAs, physicians, and family members. Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure continuity of care and a smooth handover. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut. Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate nursing staff. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a timely manner. Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift (part-time, overnight). Must be detail-oriented and possess strong documentation and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
