- Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
- Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
- Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- NFPA 101 Life Safety CODE. HVAC Licensure preferred, Plumbing, and Carpentry Knowledge
