The Role: Program Director (BCBA) A hands-on clinical role for BCBAs who are inspired by kids, understand the importance of purpose-driven, individualized treatment plans, and enjoy mentoring teams. You will spend most of your time in the room—observing sessions, coaching RBTs, and collaborating closely with families and clinical partners. Our BCBAs focus on direct client work and meaningful supervision rather than solely administrative duties. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Observe sessions and coach RBTs in real time Provide active supervision and mentorship to RBTs Lead caregiver training and family coaching Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and physicians Participate in clinical trainings and research initiatives Mentor junior clinicians Caseload & Work Environment Maintain manageable caseloads and a strong center-based presence Provide thoughtful supervision and meaningful care Work primarily with children ages 2–12 at the Walnut Creek center and in homes/schools Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience) Monetary signing award Ongoing incentive opportunities Health insurance with employer contribution Dental and vision insurance with employer contribution 401(k) with company match Paid time off including floating holiday Company-sponsored CEUs Conference stipend and PTO for attendance Tuition discounts for advanced degrees Employee assistance program Wellness incentives Monthly referral bonuses Team events and community gatherings Qualifications Active BCBA or BCBA-D credential Master’s or PhD in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervising clinical programs Passion for compassionate, person-centered care Enjoy collaboration and teamwork Authorized to work in the United States Ready to Apply?
