Reach Truck Operator – Immediate Hiring | Mickleton, NJ

Position Overview

• Immediate hiring for a Reach Truck Operator with a leading Food Distribution company in Mickleton, NJ.

• Work in a brand-new distribution warehouse supporting food and beverage ingredient storage and distribution.

Shift & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:00am

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Daily overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.

• Pick orders accurately using pick tickets and RF scanners.

• Load and unload trucks and warehouse inventory.

• Pull products from storage locations and prepare orders for shipment.

• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.

• Wrap, stage, palletize, and organize outbound shipments.

• Consolidate partial pallets and maintain warehouse organization.

• Use RF scanning equipment to update and track inventory.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck and Forklift experience .

• Experience operating:

• Reach Trucks

• Warehouse experience in:

• Order Picking

• Loading & Unloading

• Palletizing

• Inventory Control

• Experience using RF Scanners .

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around warehouse equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a food or beverage distribution environment.

• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and RF technology.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed.

Work Environment

• Modern distribution warehouse storing food and beverage ingredients such as spices and coconut water.

• Facility is climate controlled; conditions vary by season.

• Noticeable spice aroma throughout the warehouse environment.

• Frequent use of:

• Reach Trucks

• RF Scanners

• Required attire:

• Steel Toe Boots

• Work Pants

• Plain Long or Short Sleeve Shirt

• Sweatshirts, hoods, and clothing with graphics or writing are not permitted.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
