What You Will Do At Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism. As a Residential Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required You must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.

The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism. As a Residential Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:
- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.
- Deliver hands-on care to clients, develop and manage their care plans to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
- Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
- Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.
- Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required You must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
