Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 35 beds in the IRF (Inpatient Rehab Facility) 400+ beds in Hospital Number of Staff 139 Total staff, 32 OT over all departments Type of staff: Day Shift M-F 8-4 OT staff @ 25 present each day. Night Shift No OT needs Patient Ratios 22 RVU's "Therapy Units" expected per day in Acute or IRF Type of equipment Rehab Gym and standard Therapy equipment for Hospital Evals/Treatments EMR Meditech (HCA Documentation) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Candidates without these skills will be considered for the role. 1 Year of Hospital Experience Texas License Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Hand Splinting Trauma Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Patient evaluations in the Hospital and Treatments while still admitted IRF 90 Minutes a day per patient Evals and Treatments will total 90 minutes during stay Best personality Fit: Kind and Caring individual REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: License is only Requirement Floating Area(s): Will be expected to function in the Hospital setting and Inpatient Rehab Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
