PEIA Health Insurance – PPB Gold High-Deductible Plan is MUB funded – 0 premiums for employees (including family) and an HSA account funded by MUB to cover the deductible. There are a total of seven plans to choose from. Guardian Dental and Vision coverage Guardian STD, LTD, Life Insurance DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following as needed: Receiving incoming telephone calls, routing, and taking messages as applicable Reviewing customer accounts and resolving issues Processing mail Support Customer Service Representatives and Supervisor as directed Processing of walk-in customer account payments REQUIREMENTS: Possess the ability to work under supervision and work well with others Applicant should be well organized and detailed oriented Personal appearance and communication skills are important due to the level of involvement with the public Demonstrate the ability to consistently interact with the public in a cordial manner It is the policy of the Utility Board to provide equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
