Ideal Candidate Profile Two to four years of relevant litigation experience Experience in AI, copyright, trademark, false advertising and/or trade secrets Excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills Experience drafting substantive litigation documents and case strategy Strong discovery, e-discovery, organisation and client-service skills Excellent academic credentials from a T25 Law School Admission to the California Bar and good standing Experience within a sophisticated major or peer law-firm practice Trial experience, technology-sector interest and knowledge of relevant IP and computer-access laws are preferred.
