This role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals housed in the Harris County Jail. Responsibilities include performing intake health assessments , managing urgent and chronic conditions , and collaborating with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams. You will work closely with Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies , nursing staff, and on-site services such as radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, dental, and nutrition services. This position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
