You bring rigor to the creative process of product development. The role As a Product Development Specialist, you will help bring new Vale products from concept to launch, working at the intersection of food science, consumer insights, and manufacturing. Lead formulation and development of new matcha beverages and product extensions Coordinate prototype development and sensory evaluation panels Manage product specifications, costing, and documentation throughout the development processPartner with Supply Chain to qualify ingredients and packaging suppliers Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure products are scalable and repeatable Support regulatory compliance and labeling requirements for new products Track project timelines and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States 3+ years of food and beverage product development experience Hands‑on experience with prototype formulation and sensory evaluation Familiarity with food regulatory requirements including FDA labeling Strong project management skills with attention to detail Compensation $75,000 – $98,000 per year Benefits Company funded ORCA card Medical, dental, and vision benefits Annual bonuses Joining a fun startup in Seattle #J-18808-Ljbffr
