No experience necessary. Fish Window Cleaning is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. No window cleaning experience is necessary — we provide paid, hands-on training and teach you the skills needed to succeed. Our technicians provide professional window cleaning and related services to commercial and residential customers throughout Southwest Florida. This is an active, hands-on position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working at different locations throughout the day, and working both independently and as part of a team depending on the job. Schedule Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours Primarily Monday–Friday Early morning start times may be required No nights Some holidays are optional Occasional Saturdays may be available or needed for larger projects, weather delays, or unfinished work Full-time, year-round work Part-time opportunities may also be available Pay & Training Paid training starts at $16.00 per hour. Once training is successfully completed, technicians transition to a commission-based compensation structure, giving you the opportunity to earn more as your skills, efficiency, and production increase. No Experience? That's Okay. Many successful technicians come from completely different industries.
