You’ll be in the field at least 3 days per week, building real relationships – not just sending emails. Base Salary and Commission – Your Growth Potential Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 Commission: 5% on Steno revenue from completed jobs Example: a rep with a $2 million book of business earns $100,000 in annual commission.
