RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team in Aventura, FL. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X‑ray, MRI, CT, and other radiology equipment Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures Follow established protocols and safety measures to ensure accurate and high‑quality images Monitor and record patient's vital signs during procedures Communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and address any concerns or questions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret images Follow proper radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Keep up‑to‑date with new technologies and techniques in the field of radiology Assist with the maintenance and calibration of radiology equipment Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field Valid ARRT certification and state licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist Strong knowledge of radiology procedures and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
