Join the Team at NICO & VALI as a Server!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences? Do you have a knack for creating warm, welcoming moments for guests? At NICO & VALI, located in the heart of Plymouth, MI, we’re looking for an experienced Server to join our team and help us deliver the outstanding service our guests have come to expect. The tips are wonderful!
Primarily looking for staff that are available to work a few lunches and a dinner or two. Sunday availability as needed is preferred.
What You'll Do As a Server at NICO & VALI, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Sharing your knowledge of beer, wine, and alcohol to help guests make informed choices.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- A solid understanding of beer, wine, and alcohol to assist guests with their selections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work a few lunch shifts and weekends as needed.
