Job Description
Aesthetic Consultant - Confia Plastic Surgery
\nMcAllen, TX | Full Time | Base $52,000 | OTE up to $150,000
\n \nAre you a natural connector who loves helping people make life-changing decisions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your performance directly determines your income? Confia Plastic Surgery is looking for an exceptional Aesthetic Consultant to join one of the fastest-growing plastic surgery practices in South Texas.
\n \nWho We Are
\n \nConfia Plastic Surgery is a premier transformation center in McAllen, TX with over 55 years of legacy, a world-class surgical team, and a mission to help patients reclaim their confidence. We are not your average medical practice. We are a culture-driven, results-obsessed team that invests in our people and celebrates wins together.
\n \nWhat You Will Do
\n \nYou will be the first human connection a patient has with Confia after they decide they are ready to change their life. You will meet with patients one on one, understand their goals, guide them through their transformation options, present personalized treatment plans, and help them take the next step toward the procedure they have been dreaming about. You will manage your own patient pipeline, follow up with leads, and work closely with our Client Experience Manager to maximize every appointment opportunity.
\n \nThis is a consultative sales role in a medical setting. No cold calling. Every person you meet has already raised their hand and said they want to be here.
\n \nWhat You Bring
\n \nYou are a confident, empathetic communicator who genuinely loves people. You are organized, self-motivated, and hungry to earn. You are comfortable with technology and can learn a CRM quickly. Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic sales, or high-touch consultative sales is a strong plus. Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred given our patient community.
\n \nWhat We Offer
\n \nBase salary of $52,000 per year to start. On target earnings of $150,000 with a performance-based commission structure that rewards results directly. The top performers on our team consistently exceed their targets. You will also be part of a practice that is hitting record revenue months, growing 30 percent year over year, and has a clear path to becoming a nationally recognized brand.
\n \nBeyond the compensation, you will work in a beautiful, renovated office environment, alongside a team that genuinely cares about each other, led by a physician CEO who invests in his people and celebrates every win.
\n \nIf you are ready to step into a role where your effort directly builds your income and your career, we want to meet you.
\n \nHow to Apply
\n \nSubmit your resume and a short video, no longer than two minutes, telling us why you are the right person for this role and what makes you exceptional at building trust with people quickly. Applications without a video will not be considered.
