Skiing/snowboarding experience and certifications required. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent experience. Hardgoods Sales and boot fitting experience necessary. Outdoor enthusiast with strong selling and guest service skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Thrives in fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease. Initiative, quick learning, and certifications completion. Ability to customize and mount snowboard bindings. Safety-conscious, handles physical tasks in varied weather. Critical for expertise culture and gear knowledge. Specializes in ski and snowboard categories, with a desire for growth and education. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
