Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must hold or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
