Assistant Account Executive, Wholesale

Luxury fashion brand Nili Lotan isseeking an Assistant Account Executive to support the Account Executive team in managing a portfolio of specialty boutiques, as well as luxury department stores and ecommerce clients. This role plays an integral part in supporting the wholesale business across seasonal market preparation and appointments, order entry and management, account communication, product knowledge, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the wholesale business and a consistent representation of the Nili Lotan brand across retail partners.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKET

• Support Wholesale team in effectively representing Nili Lotan and our brand vision to all Wholesale clients throughout 4 market periods a year
• Assist with all pre-market preparations, including labeling, organizing, steaming, and preparing samples.
• Own creation of market sell-in tools, including the creation of our seasonal linesheets in Joor
• Ensure all product information is accurately uploaded into all relevant platforms (Joor, NuORDER, etc.) for participating accounts.
• Organize and coordinate market supplies, ensuring all materials are collected and transported to the showroom.
• Help maintain an organized and polished showroom throughout market appointments.
• Partner with the styling team to ensure models are presented in a timely manner and samples are returned to their appropriate locations.
• Support Account Executives during market appointments and independently host appointments when needed.
• Assist with order follow-up and order entry, ensuring all orders are collected by designated deadlines.
• Review orders in RLM for accuracy and communicate any necessary updates to the Account Executive and/or impacted account.

IN-SEASON MANAGEMENT

• Prepare and distribute weekly ATS reports to the sales team and accounts.
• Support Account Executives with account reorder and swap requests.
• Pull and analyze weekly top-seller reports from 42 reporting system and review key insights with the sales team during weekly sales meetings.
• Regularly monitor account websites, email communications, and social channels, compiling recaps of brand exposure and opportunities.
• Compile seasonal and core product knowledge materials for each major account, as well as the specialty store business overall.
• Partner with online accounts to ensure product is photographed and launched on schedule, brand styling aligns with the Nili Lotan vision, and product is properly supported across retailer sites, categories, and trend shops.

ORDER MAINTENANCE AND SHIPPING

• Enter seasonal reorders into RLM for processing.
• Support the entry and processing of RAs and swaps, following management approval.
• Review orders for EDI accounts to ensure all order details are accurate and complete prior to EDI transmission.
• Communicate necessary order updates to accounts and Account Executives prior to EDI submission.
• Assist Account Executives in monitoring account shipments and ensuring orders flow smoothly within established ship windows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in wholesale, sales, merchandising, or a related field within the fashion industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow-up and follow-through.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Interest in luxury fashion, wholesale, and the retail landscape.

Salary : While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Nili Lotan reserves the right to pay outside of the published range.
