Role Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive – Remote (anywhere in the US) We are seeking a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to join our high-performing team. This role is for proven wholesale professionals with an active, working pipeline of lender and mortgage broker partners that can generate business for Knock. What You’ll Do Activate and expand your lender and mortgage broker pipeline to generate immediate loan application volume Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory Execute scalable outbound strategies to grow adoption across lenders and broker partners Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through outreach, education, and partner enablement Host recurring meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and broker partners to communicate product updates and drive adoption Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel activity and drive repeat applications Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture What You’ll Bring Active, working pipeline of mortgage lenders and brokers that can immediately generate business Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding wholesale sales targets Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders Performance-driven mindset with a focus on long-term partner success Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock’s core values Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment Deep understanding of the wholesale mortgage ecosystem Strong executive presence and relationship management skills rooted in trust and transparency Experience: Current or former Wholesale Account Executive with fully outbound sales experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Set up and operate a computer Communicate effectively via telephone or internet video applications The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation and Benefits Our Compensation Philosophy applies to a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce. The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 USD and is eligible for an uncapped incentive plan (bonus). The on-target earnings (OTE) are $229,000 USD and are performance-based and not guaranteed. This position will expire on March 31, 2026. Offer & Employment Terms The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion and based on factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
