Entry-Level Account Manager | No Experience Needed | Paid Training + Bonuses!

Pay:

$16.00/hour
Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities
Potential pay increase upon permanent hire

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Two evening shifts per week: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Account Manager

Speak with customers regarding account balances
Help customers find practical payment solutions
Set up payment arrangements
Make and receive customer calls
Update account information and notes
Meet daily goals and performance targets
Learn valuable communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable and goal-oriented mindset
