General Motors Proving Ground
General Motors is seeking an HR Policy Program Manager to lead the U.S. salaried accommodations process and to design and implement scalable HR policy processes across ERI, functional and global HR teams. You will drive governance, policy documentation, and data-driven insights while partnering with COEs to align policies with business outcomes and improve the employee experience.
