Lot Coordinator

Location 409 Bell Court,Woodstock, GA, 30188,United States Base Pay $16.00 - $17.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt - PT UR2 is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team in Woodstock, GA . This position offers a consistent schedule of 20–25 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you'll support the post-repossession process by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage lot, and helping customers in a professional and courteous manner. You'll play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring. Responsibilities include: Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles Complete condition reports in a timely manner Prep vehicles for transport to auction Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$17/hour Requirements Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission Basic computer skills required Good verbal and written communication Requires good time management and organizational skills Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather Physical Requirements Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
