A Day in the Life of an ADvantage Home Care RN Case Manager As an ADvantage Home Care RN Case Manager, you play a key role in ensuring members receive the services they need to remain safely in their homes. Your responsibilities include: Arranging and coordinating service plans Providing nursing assessments and education Collaborating with case managers and other care team members Ensuring documentation meets agency and ADvantage program standards Supporting members and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality Home visits with members Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma No previous ADvantage experience required. CPR certification within 60 days of hire Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable transportation with proof of insurance If you prioritize high‑quality health care, have a friendly and positive attitude, and work well in fast‑paced environments, you may be an excellent fit for this role.
