Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

What You'll Do:

As a BDC Representative, you'll play a key role in turning opportunities into appointmentsand appointments into sales.

Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries and inbound leads
Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build relationships and set appointments
Follow proven scripts and workflows to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
Accurately input and manage customer data within CRM systems
Coordinate and confirm sales and service appointments
Utilize lead management tools to track, nurture, and convert opportunities
Maintain detailed records and complete reports in a timely manner
Deliver a top-tier customer experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused, or call center environment
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound & outbound communication
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to learn and understand automotive sales and service operations
Tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Knowledge of social media and online engagement is a plus
A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit goals and grow your career
