We're seeking an HVAC Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to develop new business and manage client relationships for commercial HVAC services.
Must-Haves • 3+ years of HVAC or building services sales experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice-to-Haves • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field • Existing network in Phoenix commercial real estate market • Technical background in HVAC or mechanical systems • Experience with service agreements and maintenance contracts Compensation & Logistics
