What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Total compensation package valued at $66,859 Unlimited paid time off Weekly incentives Hybrid scheduling options A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited institution of higher education required, preferably in a social services-related field MHRT-C preferred Must be willing/able to obtain MHRT certification, if not currently held Strong communication, organization, advocacy, and time-management skills Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethical standards Primary Duties & Responsibilities Maintain an average of25 billable hours per week for a full-time position Attend supervisory meetings and clinical supervision as required Case Managers providing 20+ hours of direct service per week are required to participate in1 hour of supervision weekly (4 hours monthly) Supervision requirements are prorated for staff working fewer direct-service hours Complete required documentation accurately and on time each week to maintain compliance with agency and state requirements Effectively organize and manage work responsibilities to meet agency and funding-source deadlines and requirements Maintain confidentiality of all client and provider information Demonstrate a commitment to established professional and ethical standards Provide direct support to clients and families in accessing and securing community resources and services Advocate for clients and assist them in developing skills that promote independence and successful community integration Full-Time Benefits 401(k) with company match Dental insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible schedule Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Company-paid life insurance Additional life insurance options Paid time off Vision insurance Access Perks Company-paid short-term disability coverage Schedule Monday-Friday Supplemental Pay Weekly paid incentives on top of wage Education BA required; Ability & Willingness to obtain MHRT-C #J-18808-Ljbffr
