Manufacturing/Cleanroom Technician - 3rd Shift - $24/hrWe are seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Technician to join our team. This role involves kitting, filling, and packaging operations to prepare manufactured cartridges for shipment. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure products are ready for distribution across the US and internationally.ResponsibilitiesPerform kitting and assembly operations for manufactured cartridges.Ensure accurate filling operations by following detailed work instructions housed in a cloud-based application.Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers.Perform machine operations, including placing flow cells in machines for heat sealing, labeling, and cutting excess foil.Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards are met to prevent manufacturing yield decreases.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing experience is preferred.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.Proficiency in operating machinery for filling and packaging operations.Strong communication skills.Team player mindset.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable leading a fill and pack line.Willingness to learn or experience with small volume aliquoting.Ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Teams.Experience with laboratory and inspection processes.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic start-up company with a small team that offers plenty of growth opportunities.
