Job Overview

Responsibilities - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments.

• **Chiller and/or Aaon **experience preferred.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

• Repair or replace defective parts including compressors, pumps, and motors.

• Weld components as necessary for system repairs or installations.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

• Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.

• Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites as needed.

Qualifications - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

• Knowledge of refrigerate systems, chiller and boiler operations is preferred.- **Laars and aerco preferred. **

• Familiarity with appliance repair and equipment repair techniques.

• Ability to plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs is a plus.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.

• Certification in HVAC technology or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
