Froggy’s Sandwiches is looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager to join our growing team!

Position: Full Time (40-50 hours per week)

Pay: Hourly - $20-$21 per hour + Bonuses*

(Pay reflects $18-$19 per scheduled hour along with tips and with a shared manager bonus incentive program*)

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to clean deep fryer and hood vents

• Must be able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Requirements

• Scheduled work week is Sunday- Thursday 

• Scheduled days off are Fridays and Saturdays

• Must be able to work over 40 Hours per week when needed

• Must be able to work 5 days in a row and up to 7 days a week when needed

• Must be able to commit to working full shifts on Sundays and Mondays (Open to Close) due to the Store Manager being off

• Must be willing and able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the store opening when needed

• Must be able to open the store by 6am daily

• Must be able to stay until 4:30 when needed in order to close properly

• Must be able to cover shifts when needed if issues arise

Professional Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English

• Must be able to learn and efficiently work all 3 store positions (Front end, Kitchen Prep, and the Grill) 

• Must be able to complete and pass the Servsafe Course

• Must be able to complete our sexual harassment training (Paid Training)

• Must be motivational and inspirational!

Experience:

• Food service: 2 years (Required)

• Management: 2 years (Required)
