Assist with customer acquisition and promotional activities. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Support individual and team customer service and sales goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields is a plus but not required.
