The company is constantly exceeding the expectations of students, their families and other business partners through the provision of outstanding customer service. To developing, managing and analysing AUG digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand awareness; To prepare reports for all digital marketing campaigns; To develop and push out relevant content; To benchmarking and Competitor research; To generating new leads via social outreach; posting and sourcing from social sites (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, LinkedIn and etc.); To conduct keyword research and analysis for SEO and PPC/SEM campaigns; To manage and convert leads generated; To work with digital marketing vendors for A&P activities; To support outstation branches as required; To handle all AUG’s press releases and write-up; To handles and carry out sales and marketing activities/ events such as roadshows, education fairs, presentations, direct mailing and activity logistics. Who We Are Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree-holder of Marketing, Digital/e-Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or Business from a reputable university; With at least 2 years relevant experience gained from a PR, Advertising, or Digital Marketing agency, is an advantage; Proficient in digital analytical platforms such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other similar tools; Solid knowledge of Google Adwords and other paid search platforms; With solid understanding on SEO, SEM, paid social, paid search, content promo, marketing automation, and link-building strategies; Highly capable of creating Social Media Content & Strategy; Experienced in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives; Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure; Highly proficient in English Language; Analyse, design and develop AUG website with IT & Communications Team. Design and develop graphic design, digital animations, imaging, presentations, games, audio and video clips, and internet applications using multimedia software, interactive graphics and programming languages. Design, develop and integrate computer code with other specialised inputs, such as image files, audio files and scripting languages, to produce, maintain and support websites Creates and manipulates computer animation, audio, video and graphic image files into multimedia programs to produce data and content for multimedia presentations, websites and social media contents Ensure designs and creative are on time and on brief, bringing brand and customer experiences to life through motion, animation and visual storytelling. Design all AUG’s advertisement, signage, printed stationeries, premium and promotional materials. Edit institution advertisement before publication. Maintain communication with Australia’s Communication team for consistency in all projects. Sourcing for new media ideas. Update offices of AUG’s advertisement, new printed stationeries, premium and promotional material. Place orders for advertisement and signage. Design and layout of publications. Online marketing events and promotions. Designing promotional and marketing materials such as brochures, poster flyers etc. Work closely with Communications & Marketing team in various offices (Location: Da Nang) Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions Preparing and filing financial documents Reconciling company accounts Assisting with tax payments and returns Working with staff accountants as needed Customer Services To handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries. To screen enquiries and calls, providing information as needed. To assist Education Consultant, make calls to students/parents for follow-up and appointments. To assist Education Consultant in processing student applications. Office Organization To maintain office tidiness, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. To restock and tidy bookshelves, ensuring prospectuses are readily available. To keep the recycling area clean and well-arranged. Documentation and Research To assist in researching, updating, and maintaining information in various files, including scholarship, professional recognition, application forms, and institution fees. To perform data entry and updates. Event Management To assist in event planning, including pre-event preparations, during-event assistance, and post-event cleanup. Any other tasks as assigned Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions; Preparing and filing financial documents; Working with staff accountants as needed. Who We Are Looking For: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Required language(s): English, Vietnamese Courteous, patient and tactful personality with strong customer service orientations; Possess a high level of initiative, integrity and professionalism; Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and use of database; Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; Student Recruitment (On a day-to-day basis) To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions; To develop and enhance the counselling services; To follow up on students enquiry / application / acceptance; To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards; To handle all office administrative matters. Marketing / Events To document and implement local marketing plan / budget; To handle and carry out sales and marketing activities / events for both online & offline such as roadshows, education fairs, presentations, direct mailing and activity logistics; To promote and market education and institutions; To obtain and update market intelligence; To raise profile / awareness of the AUG Brand. Public Relations To build excellent relationship with representatives from institutions; To develop and maintain relationship with any special group (i.e. student clubs / associations, professional association); To be a liaison person with local partners / sub-agents; To visit schools, colleges and universities and build relationship with principals and school counsellors. Who We Are Looking For: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce or Mass Communication graduates are preferred); Required language(s): English, Vietnamese; Knowledge and understanding of local and foreign education system preferred; Experience in mentoring and counseling students an added advantage; Courteous, patient and tactful personality with strong customer service orientations; Possess a high level of initiative, integrity and professionalism; May be required to work long hours during intakes; Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and use of database; Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Develop marketing strategies for AUG services and activities in Vietnam and key overseas markets; Implement marketing on- and offline activities; Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities for the company and its institutional clients; Support the logistical activities for digital and traditional marketing; Work closely with the counselling team, IT, and designer to ensure targeted and quality marketing activities for on- and offline educational advising services and company events; Produce daily and weekly reports for the board of management; Other related duties, as assigned. Digital Marketing To develop, manage and analyse AUG’s digital marketing campaigns; To develop and push out relevant content for each activity/campaign and work closely with other parts of the organization to ensure that it is delivered smoothly and accurately to the right target audience; To assist and carry out AUG’s marketing strategies via digital/social media platforms in order to generate leads and brand awareness; To research, track, analyse, monitor and report the costing and performance of each digital marketing campaign to ensure optimization of cost; To conduct research and keep updated on the latest trends and activities that are relevant to the industry and utilize it to further improve the company’s strategies; To source and work closely with digital marketing vendors for A&P activities. Public Relations To build relationship with institution representatives; To build and maintain relationship with School Principal / Counsellors; To build and maintain relationship with Students / Student Clubs & Societies; To raise profile / awareness of the AUG Brand. Student Recruitment (On a day-to-day basis) To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions; To develop and enhance the counselling services; To follow up on students enquiry / application / acceptance; To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards; To handle all office administrative matters. Who We Are Looking For: Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and managing marketing collateral; Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive copy; A dedicated and reliable individual committed to consistently meeting deadlines; An excellent team player with the capacity to multitask and work autonomously when required. Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating high-quality marketing content. Develop and maintain company websites and CRM using PHP, HTML, CSS; Create short videos for training and promotional purposes; Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners; Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; Respond timely and accurately to service issues and requests; Test new technology and provide detailed reports; Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance; Develop, implement, and manage our IT software and hardware strategy; Create and administer training and presentations to users about new software or IT regulations; Implement and manage AI technologies to improve business processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Proven experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role; Excellent knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS; Experience with AI technologies; Ability to create short videos for training and promotional purposes; Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Strong organizational and time-management abilities. To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions; To develop and enhance the counselling services; To follow up on students’ enquiry / application / acceptance; To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards; Business Development To identify and develop new market (i.e. products, branch offices, students); To identify and develop new business partners; To identify and develop new business entities which may supplement the current education and migration business. Marketing To develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget for the region; To work with Country Lead to ensure the regional marketing strategies are coherent with the Group. Public Relations Build relationship with all stakeholders; To ensure good relationship at all levels at local office. Operations Provide timely monthly report; Ensure the office/region is operated consistently to the AUG culture; Ensure the set targets / KPIs are met; Ensure the office/region is operated in a commercially viable manner; To be posted/assist in other AUG offices when required; #J-18808-Ljbffr
