Server, Blackwolf Run Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Schedule: Part time. Shifts vary between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes, and suggest food and beverages using upselling techniques. Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale system. Greet guests, present menus when applicable, and process payment transactions. Clear and reset table settings and linens as needed. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Communicate with guests and provide assistance with questions. Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with food and service. Promptly respond to guests with any additional requests. Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. Prepare mixed drinks for service at your customer's table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed). Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort. Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant's par stock levels and side station. Assist other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and seating guests. Qualifications 2+ years of previous serving or bartending experience, preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire. Pay: Hourly range $2.33 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location.
